Harvinder Hear completed his undergraduate degree at De Montfort University before working as a student advisor in the University’s law clinic. He went on complete his LPC at the De Montfort Law School whilst working at Gills Immigration Law Ltd and then CL Law Solicitors. Harvinder qualified as a solicitor in August 2018 before joining Wells Burcombe.
Harvinder has extensive experience in both criminal and family law. He has managed his own caseload of Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court matters including road traffic offences, assault, harassment, fraud, money laundering and Proceeds of Crime (POCA) offences, burglary and child neglect. He is currently undertaking the Police Station Representatives Accreditation Scheme.
