Safeena Tufail completed her law degree at Law College Holborn before taking her LPC at Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. She completed her training at Dexter Montague in Reading, who at the time had a large family department, before qualifying in 2005. Safeena worked for Caversham Solicitors in Reading before joining Wells Burcombe in 2018.
Safeena practises solely in family law and has represented clients in a broad range of family issues including divorce, separation, finances on separation (including some high net worth assets), private children issues and representing parents in public children matters. She also represented clients in co-habitation disputes, pre/post nuptial agreements and domestic abuse matters including non-molestation and occupation orders.
Safeena is a member of Resolution and has previously volunteered at the Citizens Advice Bureau in Reading advising on various family issues.
