Student Visas

The UK has one of the most respected education systems in the world. It also has some of the most recognised universities and private schools. Competition is fierce for education courses. Therefore, it is important you don’t miss out by not having your student visa in place for important dates and interviews.

UK immigration law is extremely complex and constantly changes. The UKVI has strict criteria relating to different types of visa. Therefore, it is essential you get the right legal advice from a solicitor to make sure your application is successful, first time.

The type of student visa you can apply for will be determined by your age:

  • Tier 4 (Student) visa is for people aged 16 or over
  • Tier 4 (Child Student) visa is for people aged between 4 and 17

Your application will depend on the type of course you wish to study, such as whether it is full time or part time, and where you want to study. You may also need to demonstrate an adequate level of English and have consent from a parent or guardian.

Our team of expert immigration lawyers can give you advice that is unique to your circumstances. We will advise you the documentation you need to provide for your application. We will also help you prepare your application so that it meets all the eligibility criteria to fully satisfy the requirements.
