Wells Burcombe recruits new Head of Family Department

Wells Burcombe is delighted to announce the appointment of Safeena Tufail as Head of its Family Department.

Before joining Wells Burcombe, Safeena worked at several well-regarded law firms and since qualifying as a solicitor in 2005, she has dealt exclusively with family law.

Safeena represents clients in connection with a broad range of family law issues including divorce, separation, finances on separation (including high net worth assets), and all children law matters. She has also represented clients in co-habitation disputes, pre/post-nuptial agreements and domestic abuse matters including non-molestation and occupation orders.

Wells Burcombe was founded in 2008, since which time it has steadily grown and is firmly established in the fields of Criminal/Regulatory Law, Family Law, Immigration, Civil Disputes and Trusts and Estate Planning.
