Humma Zafar

Assistant Solicitor

Humma Zafar is a qualified Solicitor and works in the Criminal Law Department.

She completed her undergraduate degree at Kingston University before completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law - Guildford. She obtained the Police Station Accreditation qualification in 2018. She joined Wells Burcombe Solicitors in October 2018, and having completed her training contract qualified as a Solicitor in September 2019.

She regularly attends Police Stations and Magistrates’ Courts representing adults and youths in relation to a range of offences. She also represents clients in relation to cases involving matters such as benefit fraud ,misuse of blue badges and others matters where fraudulent conduct is suspected.

Humma also prepares Crown Court cases for a wide range of offences. She meticulously prepares cases and prides herself on client care and achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

Humma is a fully accredited police station representative, and a member of the Law Society. She also speaks fluent Urdu.
